PRINCIPLE #4 STRAIGHT AHEAD, POSE TO POSE.

The last principle on this Website is the dual principle Straight Ahead, and Pose to Pose.  This is an interesting principle to consider when making the structure, and quality of an animation sequence,  both Straight Ahead, and Pose to Pose are there to achive the same result of creating believable motion.

The first half of this principle, Straight Ahead is the process of drawing out each frame of an animation sequence out, while this is a bit of a haul of a process, it has the opportunity  to make any animation look smoother and more abstract, allowing creativity to flow through.

The Second half of this principle Pose to Pose, is less of a process and more of a structuring tool, not every single frame is made and drawn out, but instead the animation starts with key frames at the start and the end of a sequence, and any frames inbetween are built and drawn for more precise timing and acting.
